Culture Change Process

The Company has embraced the culture change process utilizing the Eden Alternative 10 Principles as its guide. The Company provides the Eden Associate training and leadership development training under the supervision of the Eden Alternative organization. The Culture Change management team includes an Eden Educator and another Eden Educator/Mentor.
